It opens with notes of toasted coconut, cream, tropical hints, bark, and subtle clove, followed by sweeter touches of vanilla, icing sugar, and buttery croissant. Beneath it all lies a green, vegetal layer, like kaffir lime. The palate is crisp and dry, with a mid-weight structure and a pungent, lingering finish.
